2. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the site, Cloudflare technically records access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser type) in server log files. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website operation). More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
3. Contact Form
When you send us a request via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, and optionally company, phone number, topic and message) is processed for the purpose of handling your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
The form is submitted directly to our own serverless function running on Cloudflare, which sends it as an email to our inbox via Resend (our transactional email provider) for delivery to our mailbox, hosted by Zoho. Cloudflare, Resend, and Zoho each process this data on our behalf as processors, under data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. No other third party is involved.
Data you submit via the contact form is retained until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
4. Google Fonts
This website uses "Google Fonts", provided by Google Ireland Limited, for consistent font display. When you load a page, your browser retrieves the required fonts from Google's servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data stored with us, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
